Resident Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ Accordions)Â
Rent payments are processed securely through TenantCloud. We accept bank transfers (e-checks) and major credit cards. You can access the billing portal directly using the "Access Rent Payment Portal" button on our Home Page, or by logging into your TenantCloud app.
For standard repairs, please log in to your TenantCloud account and submit a maintenance ticket. This allows us to track, schedule, and log the work. For active property emergencies (such as a bursting pipe or no heat in winter), please call our emergency dispatch line directly at [Insert Emergency Phone Number].Â
Because our 16 properties are located across several different homeowner associations (HOAs), pool passes and badges must be obtained directly from your local village clubhouse office. You will need to bring a photo ID and a copy of your current lease agreement (which you can download anytime from your TenantCloud portal).Â
Collection days are managed entirely by your local municipal township. Holiday City (Berkeley Township) and Crestwood Village (Manchester Township) operate on different schedules. Please click on your respective township link in our Local Directory below to lookup your specific address and download your trash calendar.
